So i found of the other days that i have to cracked pistons so i thought i would semi-build my engine to prevent this from happening again. This is my first turboed car and engine build so i was looking for some insight on what you guys think.

Inline Pro springs and retainers
Brian Crower valves
super tech bronze valve guides
ACL race bearings
Brian Crowler stage 2 turbo cams

those are the parts im thinking about getting please let me know if you think i should get so other parts or if some of the parts im getting i dont need.

Here´s a lot of good info: https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/878...__laskey+block

If I lived in the US I would buy a buy a built bottom, great prices.

your gonna need to research a lot more but I would contact Mike @ laskey racing if you are serious about this build. He will provide you a lot of useful answers and options with your build. Super nice and helpful guy.

yeah im doing alot of research and im not in a rush this isnt my daily i wanna make sure its built right. What do you guys think about running the Mahle pistons rather then the cp pistons. Since i can still lower the compression with them and dont have to sleeve the block
