they cost about 200 more than wiseco, sleeving a block usually costs anywhere from 1100 to 1300 + shipping

what sleeves? I have always used aebs or ge. I prefer sleeves to be installed by the MFR so that when they sink there is no-one else to blame. I'm sure you can get darton sleeves installed locally for that, but then when something happens the machine shop will blame the sleeve and the sleeve mfr will blame the shop.

Where do you suggest getting my block sleeved at and Would I be able to pass inspections with all this work done? Delaware inspection is kinda tough the hardest part would be emissions
