Default Fans not working

I went to go tune my car today. It ran fine on the highway, then started running like crap when I got into town. I pulled into a parking lot checked the temps and It was 215-220 and shut the car off. I tried checking the fuse and the relay. The fuse looked okay, and the relay just clicks when I force the fans on. Any ideas?

Yea tried that. It clicks about three times a second. I tried forcing the fans to come on through the AEM. Under outputs/ configure outputs/ select output "LS6". Set the switch to activate when coolant reaches 100 degrees Fahrenheit. All it does is click until I disable that... I took the relay from the horn and used it for the fan relay, and used the fuse from the convertible top and placed it in the radiator fan slot. As I knew that fuse was working already. Still just got the clicking noise. Oh and the fan just turns really slow.

Not an electronic expert, i sometimes hear a clicking sound, but its the relay clicking before the fans turn on.......I didnt know u could control the fans like that through the AEM, mine are hooked up to a relay and a switch...........

I would do a voltage check to the fan connections, my guess is, your not getting enough juice..

I will stop by the local auto parts store Monday if they are open and swap out the old relays. And if that doesn't work I will run the motor test. Thanks again for the pointers.
