Default FERREA or SUPERTECH VALVE SPRINGS and RETAINER HEADWORK?

So as the title states, Ferrea or Supertech? I'm building for turbo set-up but, honestly I'm not quite sure which would be best. I'm looking to make 400-450hp. The more important question is, what am I suppose to change? Springs and retainers? Valve stems? What kind of material or metal? Seats? Intake and/or exhaust? Flat-head or notched? Any insight would greatly be appreciated! Thank you!

Im putting in a new engine myself and for the head id definitely recommend bronze valve guides as the OEM guides wear out pretty quickly. MY builder and several other engine builders will tell you the same thing about the oem valve guides.

Im using Ferrea dished valves, best you can buy! I went with Brian Crower Dual springs with steel retainers the package comes with the required seats but you will most likely need the cotters which are extra, OEM valve seals ftw! Thats what im using in my build and several builders were like; giggidy!

I was involved in flow testing a few years back and the Ferrea dished valves were superior to the supertech valves by 1+%.

Ferrea if you want the best.

The Ferrea dished are what im having installed. Went with the BC duals because they were the only ones who offered a steel retainer and had the most mild spring pressures of the other mfgrs while still being stiffer than oem. BC said the springs are 84lbs on the seat.
