Default FI HELP NEEDED

About 3 months ago I traded my '05 turbo miata in on a new 2007 leftover white on red and black s2000, but now Im starting to get bored and want more power. I looked at the regular bolt ons I/H/E and from what I've read here you can spend more on these items than a FI kit and net near zero gains or even lose power. So now it comes down to this. Supercharge or Turbocharge? I would think that given its better low end gains the sc would be logical but other than the mazdaspeed miata every other car I've ever owned has been a v8, gto, vette, camaro ss, cobra etc. so I have no idea. I don't need HUGE gains I just want a little more power and to know that my 2k mile car isnt going to need a new motor anytime soon... thanks for any input anyone may have

turbo for low end gains...and if you don't want much hp just find a used S/C on the site for cheap.

whoops...didn't see you were an 07...I would look into the Kraftworks S/C kit then....but then if you are going to spend that much there are more options... Kraftworks would just be my pick

ya I second kraftwerks kit for 07+ s2ks. With the high boost kit you will be at 360whp and 230+lbtq. The kit comes with everything you would need including tune. All you would need is a new clutch to hold the extra power. with that said i went wit inline turbo and love it

I went turbo but if you dont feel like always having to go over your car to make sure everything is working properly than go with a supercharger.

If....

1)Your budget is $6000, get a Greddy Turbo or Kraftwerks.

2)Your budget is $7000, get Inline pro.

No need to look anywhere else.

corrected lol.... KW sc is $6645 shipped. Install it yourself and it comes tuned.

Greddy just raised its prices (bs) and will cost you around the same to have installed and tuned. And good luck finding someone to tune it. most tuners dont like/know how to tune the EMU and DBW s2000s.

InlinePro kit is amazing. i would go to them in virginia or ballistic motorsports in NH to get any turbokit installed and tuned.
