I am looking at buying an E-Manage Ultimate as I want to get a tune to get some extra HP from my stock motor.

But, I am almost certain that at some point I want to go FI. Probably just something like a comptech SC. Can I tune a SC using the E-Manage? I dont want to waste money on it if I am just going to have to sell it when I get my SC.

 

The emanage will be fine with a SC install. I am using the blue with a harness from boomslang for my inline pro install in the next couple of weeks. Its less complicated than the AEM but with that it won't be able to control all of the parameters. I don't need all of the manipulation in my install so the greddy will work just fine at less than half the cost.

 

Which boomslang harness did you get? I was looking on their site, and there are like 4 options for the emanage ultimate. There is "air & water", "knock & water", "air & knock", and "dual knock".
