OK, so you did use 750 injectors, what was the other tune done at like 8-10 psi? This is cool cause I have the same turbo and I am about to do a 2mm or 3mm HG re-tune. Nice to see this can make well over 400hp.

yeah..
a retune will be nice..
the tor wasn't so flat ...it drops down at higher rpmss...
and the full boost is kinda 5500 rpm???
isn't it should post to be 4500 - 5000 rpm???
not sure...
but still a good street monster...

So what is your opinion on driving a 300 hp car vs a 400 hp car. Is it a huge difference or what? Give me some feed back. Compare all the differnet set up you have had. Would be great.
its just plain awful! the power is immense. i know there are much faster s2k's on this board but this is absolutely more than enough oomf for me. i tend to be a mostly docile driver anyway but its nice to know i have enough power on tap to scare lots of people. 300whp felt good, but this is a totally different ballgame. when i had a greddy kit, i couldnt imagine having another 100 whp. now, with the inline pro kit, i DONT WANT to imagine having another 100whp

the car is much easier to drive due to the larger turbo - it doesn't spool up half as easy as the greddy kit did, which is a major advantage in my opinion. its not exaclty a GT40 either - boost is available easily by mashing the throttle down, though you better be ready for it and have the space in front of you.

a lot of guys seem confused about the power numbers. i have seen dyno charts of similar setups making more power but i have also seen these numbers as well. i'm not so sure its the mufflers on my car as they are straight through mufflers but the dual setup could have something to do with it.

as for injectors, i am using inline 675s. however, when i had them flowtested they all flowed between high 740s/low 750s, so who knows.

those bosch injectors may be a very real possibility for me when it gets warmer. i'm not so much concerned about more power, but jeff was talking about how much better they drive the car just around town, which is always a plus for me. we'll have to see what happens when it gets warmer - i definitely dont want to have to trailor the car over snow again to get to PA!

on the other side, the entire adventure was totally worth it. jeff is an excellent tuner and a great guy to spend the day with. i learned a lot of things about my car in a short span of time with jeff. he has a familiarity with these cars that put me right at ease with the whole process, considering all the stress the car has put me through in the last year. i instantly felt better watching him work on it, and was very pleased with the results. each pass for jeff was like a building block for the end result. every chart yielded more and more power and looked better and better. it was like watching somebody put together a puzzle.

although the power is a little less than expected, i feel my torque curve is 'just right.' i havent seen too many cars that make 300ft/lbs under 450whp, but then again i could be wrong. jeff has written a great article about torque vs horsepower and i tend to agree. the power delivery feels right to me, so the end number works no matter what. he asked me what i was expecting to make when i first got there, and i said 'i will be just as happy making 401 as i would 499.' 300ft/lbs was definitely in my head as a goal though, so i am very happy!

Do you have pics of the manifold and compressor cover? Curious to see exactly what you're running.

Torque curve looks pretty good.... above 250 lb-ft for a 4k rpm range

Looks good to me, not all dynos read the same. I agree though that the numbers are a little low but it still made over 400whp, thats impressive enough to me right there!! I have a similar turbo but with the .60a/r ported compressor cover and made 371whp on 9psi with a PFAB log. This is with stock compression though. Either way, lets see some pics!!!

MMmmmm.....maybe I should get the Bosch 1000cc injectors.....I want at least 470+whp.

Right now I only have the 750cc injectors on.

If your amazed with 420whp already I don't know how i'm going to feel with an additional 50-80whp....

I sooooo can't wait!!

You make me jealous!! hahahahaha
