May get flamed here but I love not having a FMIC with stock exhaust because it gives it a sleeper look. My question is, when i do up grade to bigger injectors, stand alone, and a 1200 blower instead of a 1220 do I have to run a front mount or is the air filter fine? I have a SOS kit buy the way stage 1.

This is why I paid a little extra to have the SOS "racing heat exchanger" in black. I am also running stock exhaust.

However I paid an extra $300 to have the compressor and aftercooler polished to have that "slap yo mama" kind of evident "yeah, that's been modified" kind of look when I do pop the hood.

Snail is it an option to have the racing heat exchanger black by SOS? I use to never be for painting my FMCI. When I had my GSR-T I use to be like "yea this hatch is boosted" but now of days being a little older and with theft I would rather keep it a sleeper look. Still debating if i want to get rid of the stock exhaust for that reason.

Yeah, it was only like $50 extra from SOS. They coated it black to the same specs as a radiator company would.
