What is the A/R on the turbine housing? Spool time is looking good.
Looks like something is restricting the exhaust flow at about 6k.

I made 379whp with 9psi on that manifold using a 60-1 .63a/r on the same type of dyno.

Something isn't right. Even if you were using the PFab log manifold you should be making more than that. Its been proven to make 600+whp.

The .82 flows very well. Is Vtec engaging. Any leaks?

I would ask why your tuner has the tune so rich. The tune is in the 11:1 range for almost the entire pull, and even dips into the 10's fora bit. Its hard to say how much, but im sure you would also gain a little bit by leaning it out just a tad

there werent any leaks there controllin the boost through the wastegate 11lb spring hes keeping it conservative to keep the motor safe for being a DD.

i agree that vtec may not be engaging. There is no spike or even significant rise in power where vtec should be engaging.

i don't think that the VTEC is not engaging. It still makes power after 6000rpm. It starts losing it after 6600. also, if the VTEC wasn't engaging. the AFR would go pig rich and he wouldn't be making that much power either. When my VTEC solenoid went bad, I made 310whp without VTEC where I normally make around 450whp. so in his case, he should have made somewhere around 260whp range if it were the VTEC
