its been a while i have been working on the car, i had a black ap1 before but never got a chance to finish the car, but now im running a white ap1 with a few body mods, lowered and a custom turbo kit i built and tuned by myself at the shop!

ill give a little list of the mods and then i will put my pics on photobucket and post them here!

garrett gt3582r with optional ported anti-surge cold side and v-band tial exhaust side
tial 44mm v-band wastegate open dump
cheap e bay bov for now, i will be installing a hks super ssqv
piping all done with 304ss sanitairy grade polished in and out 2.5"
intercooler is 9"x24"x2.5"
the manifold is custom made using sch 10, top mount design not log style but proper 4 in 1 runners
the down pipe is same material as the intercooler piping, but 3" with vbands everywhere.
custom 3" test pipe
hks hi power exhaust for a cat-back, i baught new canisters and will be making a full 3" catback with divided 3" tips
injectors are bosch 1000cc high impedence
aem stand alone ems 1052u w/wideband
for gauges, aem boost controller and stand alone uego wideband for second opinions, lol

i put it on my dyno yesterday, mustang md-500, and put down 423rwhp and i think 270tq if i remember right, i will upload my graph tomorrow, i just have to put it on a usb key to transfer it into my home computer.

im now at 15psi, and loving every second of it, i have been running the car for about a month now, but as its my own car i never got around to putting it on the dyno so i just did a street tune for the first little while, but its been running real nice, and is pulling real well, i am very happy with it, and soon i will crank it up a bit more, prob about 18-19psi.

street tuning can only go so far. how did the dyno tuning go? you make more power once you strapped it down and tweaked the tune?

Stock motor?

 

If I were you, I will look to the following:
1. Gas - probably you got bad gas. Try to fill-up again with octane booster.
2. Spark Plug - Check all of them, make sure no broken head.
3. Injector - Are they clean... ?
4. Fuel pump...?
5. Timing...?

love that turbo placement, looks about like mine but my compressor points down a yours up. When and if I go gt35R i will have the ported housing, looks sick man.
