Default Finishing install ?s

For the time being can i leave the air pump functional like stock but instead of it getting filtered air from the intake pipe, just put a small k and n filter on it?

Where can i buy the greddy oil relocation sandwich plate oring?

What's wrong with the hks carbon?

Thanks guys almost done

also, can i have it tuned on a manual boost controller and switch to my greddy ebc after the tune to avoid possible issues while getting it tuned for the first time?

1. I'm going to tap the girdle, 1/2" npt i believe. I have a 10-an oil drain end. Will this work OK? is brass ok to go with or should i pay more for aluminum.
-brass http://www.atpturbo.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?S...&Category_Code=
-alum. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/SUM-240118B/?rtype=10
Brass is fine in fact I prefer it to aluminum, the ATP fitting looks like aluminum to me, many of their fittings are painted that color.

2. As of right now, my tial 38mm wastegate dumptube is just a ~2" turndown, i plan to have it remade, but due to time constaints, i may have to tune it with the short one on. does the dumptube length effect the tune at all?
Should not make a difference, worst case all you will need to do is scale the boost tables a small amount.

3. Do I leave that econdary air pump solenoid (i believe thats what its called) installed, the one that you have to mess with when installing an aftermarket intake.. connects to the throttle body area.
If you are using a standalone it will not be used, neither will the vacuum canister, or air injection tubing.

4. Is the FPR the best place to tap off for vacuum? I'll be running a vaccum block 1/4" npt inlet, 6 x 1/8" npt outlets.
Nope, NEVER tap the FPR line, you can tap the brake booster or use on of the extra's like the one going to the Secondary Air Injection Valve or Vacuum Canister.

5.Are name brand vband flanges and clamps any different than atpturbo's in terms of quality?
I buy all mine from RacePartSolutions.com, look for 5 Star clamps they are as good as it gets for our application.

6. Where can i buy the greddy oil relocation sandwich plate oring?
Try McMaster.com they have anything and everything.

7. Any pics of the hsk 75mm carbon ti? Does the 5" tip look rediculous?
Garbage, you should definatly do your homework on this one.

don't tee off of the fpr. It needs its own vacuum source. there are plenty of other places for vacuum.
