Turbo, HFC, built motor. Had to clear CEL's in March/April, it didn't re-ready until July/August. Flashpro software was routinely updated during that time.

Nope, used my street tune till it readied. It can take some time. This wasn't the first time I had to wait for my car to ready either. Just drive it in the conditions as per OBD2 Readiness.

Just curious are readiness codes a check engine light?

Or do u have to go into it to see if they are clear or not?

They are not check engine lights, only way you can tell is by looking at their status via an ECU reader (or FlashPro).

if you can get a hold of a scanner you may be able to get the EVAP ready by doing a service bay test. for the cat i would just drive it at 55mph for at least 3 to 5 miles and see if it gets ready. does the car have any pending codes?

Lol, why is this so hard? Try what the guy said above with some steady cruises alternating speed. So cruise 55, then cruise 45, cruise 35, 45, 55, etc. The manual says need need to stay above 25 for 5 miles. I would do that at late night when there is less traffic so ppl won't get irritated with you.
