We have a few turbo heads coming in.

We turn these around in a 2-3 weeks and this is easy power gains, faster spool up at same psi.

I know we are working on cams and shooting for 25-50 HP gains, but this is a reminder that we got 60 HP on a 16.5 PSI turbo kit with only a headwork and re tune.
And 500 RPM quicker spool.

Easy way to squeeze more power out at same PSI and picking up response.

We can turn these around in about 4 weeks.
  • We include the following
  • CNC porting to ensure symmetry between ports
  • CNC Valve Job
  • Hand Finishing for extra 10-20 CFM gains
  • New Valves to match seats, Inconel EX valves for turbo/superchargers
  • New Valve Guides
  • Install your Supertech Dual Valve Spring kit or our optional Dual Valve Spring kit $600

Details, Flow Charts here. http://www.urgedesigns.com/velocity.html

Interesting stuff. I am in the market for getting my F20C head redone. I have not decided what Ill do, but at the very least I need guides and valves. Are the prices listed on the site page posted include valves? It does not clearly state what is included.
If you use stock bottom end and thus 87mm chamber you dont have to get new valves unless you want a refresh. Valves dont make major gains. We dont want to force you to buy new items.

If you want to go to 88/89mm chambers we can make seats larger for a bit more flow with out decreasing air velocity. In that case you will need at least new intake valves.
Interesting. I might be in the market soon. My shortblock has piston slap, and with any left over money some headwork would be really nice to have. I will be watching this thread for info.

Same boat im in! If I have any money left when my shortblock is built I will be doing a built head! I am pretty dead set on having 4Piston do my head but if I can see some hard evidance and a better price I would totally go with the Urge/Eyden setup!

Our Turbo HeadFlow..
http://urgedesigns.com/boost-velocit...ck-graph1.html

4piston..
http://www.4piston.com/heads/ProS2K.html

Both using Superflow at 28" of H2O vacuum
At .300" We are 13/70 CFM ahead IN/EX (gets flow going at lower cam ramp)
At .500" We are Even/70 CFM ahead

4piston is a Pro Head with 37mm IN valve and large ports.
URGE/Endyn is 36mm IN Valve and Small port for Turbo. Since we have smaller ports/valves our air velocity is higher for better torque & response.
We have bigger port and larger valve designs for our Racing NA engines and have another 10-20 CFM on the intake which matches K Series Drag engines..
Our better exhaust port improves spool significantly, improved 500 RPM with 60 HP gains on 16.5 PSI

We are $2000 with New Valves, Inconel Exhaust & Guides.

Are you putting the orings on the block or the head?

Copper Ring on the head when steel gaskets are used.
