Default forced induction and internals

for all those running blowers and turbos are you changing out your pistons and rods like most other honda motors? or are you making 350whp on stock internals?

well, i dont have a FI s2k ryt now, but i have owned an EG civic with h22 boosted...i stayed stock internals but stayed low boost...

i think for the s2000 u can get 350whp or close to 350whp with stock internals pretty safe, but maybe its better to get better thicker head gasket.

my buddy with vortech supercharger on his s2k has about 341whp on aem ems stock internals.

Yeah it seems that if you go stock boost with the SC kits everything else can stay stock. If you want to raise the boost with a different pulley or something than a thicker head gasket would be needed to stay safe. From what I have researched it seems like the stock internals can handle around 500whp. They are forged stock so very durable.

Believe it. 350whp is nothing on this motor, wouldn't need to replace anything. Turbo guys usually run alot more than that with just a head gasket and they're doing fine. Most of the stuff that breaks are the actual turbo parts itself lol. (manifold cracking, bolts backing out, etc)

love the f20c (ok, f22 too is ok. lol)
