Regular Eaton clutch type with carbon discs, cost around $500 from Summit Racing. Works fantastic thanks to running mineral-based Castrol gear oil and Trans-X friction modifier. Two 295mm wide Hoosier stripes from corner exit to next corner entry. :-)

For track use you should only use a Torsen style diff just like the factory uses. You can use a trulok/trutrac as well but the Torsen would perfect better and doesnt use discs.

The Detroit truetrac is a Torsen style LSD. I was considering this diff, but have been reading that some have issues with "clunking" noise and play in the pinion to axle somewhere.

The main options for the Torsten diffs are the truetrac, ford torsen, and the more expensive wavetrac.

If you go wavetrac, you need to have axles with 31 splines, which would mean custom. I didn't see an option for 28 spline.
