Default frame notch - whats the most you can go?

I have read a bunch of the posts about notching the frame, found some good pics

Going to have a friends shop do it for me, before I install the new turbo

What is the deepest you can go with the cut? Just trying to plan for the future if i go bigger.
Does the revhard mani position the turbo in the same spot as the inline mani? It seems like most of the posters are running that

im gonna be running the Precision 5857 E cover journal bearing on Revhard mani.
I got mixed answers on whether it fits or not.
Notching is only gonna cost me 150 bucks.... peace of mind & room to grow
