Pang at PFab has just released his front mount manifold. Comes with a lifetime warranty. You really cant beat that.

I have had a lot of turbo cars and manifolds in my day. Some from big shops. Cheep manifold seem to last a few weeks. Good manifolds seem to last a few years 10-25k before they crack. Once they crack and when you try to re weld it, many time they will just crack very soon in the same area

I currently have the track forged front mount manifold but I only have had it for less than a year for about 7,000 miles

I had my full race evo8 twin scroll manifold for 6 years at over 80,000 miles and it's rock solid.

Go with full race

Warranties with turbo manifolds only mean so much. My old mase manifold lasted a few thousand miles. It cracked. I sent it back to mase. I paid for shipped. Had my car down for over a month just to have him reeled the crack and only got it to crack even worse in the same location in less than 50 miles. Once a manifold cracks it's junk in my opinion.

No matter how good/bad the company any manifold can crack at any time.

My vote is find out who makes them with sch 40. Full-Race will crack to btw. I've repaired 3 of my friends full-races that have cracked, one had his two years, one less than a year, and one that only had his for 5 months. The metal itself cracked not the welds. All manifolds are going to break one day.

Me personally I'm not a fan of Full-Race as they have a robot welder. I'm sure there robot is better than the one at the local VW plant, because that $2 million dollar machine is a piece of shit. Every V6 exhaust it did I had to reweld by hand (theres a couple with "skeero" hidden on the exhausts lol). They'd make so many adjustments throughout the day. Shits annoying. However I have nothing negative to say about Full-Race, they do make awesome quality products, and I have yet to see one crack at the weld.

Sheepeys shit looks awesome, with him and his smurf slaying.

But I deal with boiler welding / x-ray welding, and I assure you that the first welding inspector saw those beautiful colored welds will fail it on site. When I first started doing it, I had to cut a few out to redo them. Most of them want a golden or silver color.

But that doesn't matter when customers see a manifold with tons of different colored welds, they want it regardless if it might crack faster. lol.

I was in the same boat as you sir. I went from AFI which was was very good, had no problems then sold my kit to a friend. Then went with 2 other manifolds that i had problems with, so i sold both of them cheap. Now I', running Stage 6 Motorsports manifold and Dp. With this kit, I made 480 to the wheels with a 6266 jb turbo. THis kit has been the best so far and haven't had any problems at all. Goodluck with quest sir. If you need any info, or prices on manifolds, message me.

With the full blown manifold from what I have seen there's no good way to fit an air filter.

You can never go wrong with full-race

I did actually find a good air filter for my FUllBlown manifold. k&n RU-2510. You will have to remove the hood prop mount.
