Default Fuel injector problem with pnp clip?

Does this seem right? The reason I ask is because the car wouldn't take any fuel I add up top in the rev range. Could this be bad connection on the plug n play clip? Injector are id1000 bought new second hand from another person. The pnp clip were bought off a seller on ebay (not from t1). If anyone know, are the injector open soppose to stay pretty close in percentage and not this off?

Many people hardwire/solder the IDs because the plug and play clips are notorious for these types of issues.

If anyone suspects they have a bad PNP adapter, PLEASE get a hold of me. I will have it replaced and would like to see what is going on. I am the Project Manager at T1/ID.

If you are having issues with it not having enough fuel in high rpms then likely you are dropping fuel pressure or are maxing out the injector duty cycle.
