Default Fuel pressure, what should it be

I've just fitted a fuel pressure gauge, now what should the fuel pressure
be at idle?

Thanks.

After about 3 or so hours of searching I found out anywhere between 46-54 without the vacuum hose fitted.

With that setting my A/F are not quite right, I'm at just over 60psi with the vacuum hose not fitted, the A/F is better.

Roll on next month when I can get rid of the FRP and have proper EMS tuning.

Mark, who's doing your mapping?

Really worries me with the lack of maping knowledge in the UK

I will use you as a ginneau pig

I will tune my setup myself, like you, i will probably the first in the country with a S/C S.

I will find a nice strech of road, turn on the logging and floor it on 3rd gear from 1k to 9krpm, i will log A/F, boost, rpm, knock/AIT, adjust the FPR and play with the emanage to have a safe mixture.

My setup "will" be
Comptech S/C + A/C
Tech 2 FM radiator
7Psi pulley
Zeitronics Data logger
Greddy E-Mange with injector harness
Stock injectors for now.
G-tech RR
and last but not least a laptop .

My plan is to start off and hide boost from the ECU using the emanage,
I will adjust the FPR for an average A/F, use the emanage finetuning to lower/increase the mixture across the rev range.

Hope to get it right

I will try to leave the A/F ratio at low rpm as N/A setup for normal daily driving. I will lower the vtec point just before i get positive boost.

Evan, I take it you have all your stuff now?

What are you using to log knock/AIT? if its the zeitronic how did you do it?

@Mark, mines not a daily drive so I can wait until this additional work is carried out.

not all the stuff arrived, and i do not have time at the moment to put all the parts in place.. When life seems to be going plain smooth all hell breaks loose.

Since the zeitronics has 1 user input i will connect it to a dual pole switch, and connect to C25 AIT and C22 knock, and can switch between them and measure voltage.
I am not 100% sure if the knock will output voltage though.
