Full-race Prostreet turbo kit
Hey everyone, I have been on these forums since 2009, lurking around the forums and asking questions before I actually allocated the money to go forced induction. So, finally a really sweet deal lined up and my wallet was fat... so I am about to do the damn thing now.
Here is what I am about to purchase.
Garret GT35R
Tial wastegate
Synapse BOV
Ramhorn coated manifold
Precision intercooler
3 inch FR down pipe
deachworks 880cc injectors
KPro
My car is completely stock, its a 2004 AP2 with 85,000 miles on it. What else do I need for this kit, and what else is would be advised for prolonged life of my vehicle and this kit.

so YOU'RE the one who bought the used full race kit! I was gonna sell my SC kit for that. Haha, good luck with the build and have fun! Do let us know how it goes and the numbers you put down, I am curious as I wanted to buy that setup as well
You need good heat shielding with the ramhorn manifold. you will need braided stainless lines for the wastegate. I cannot stress how tight of a space this kit leaves you to work with.
Get ARP manifold studs for reasons A: they are stronger to support the weight of the manifold and turbo, and B: you will need to remove all the studs and re-install them one at a time with the manifold in place since how tight the working space is. The ARP studs can be installed with an allen wrench.
you need tons of patience when installing this kit. Its a pain.
I found a certian sequence that needs to be used while installing this kit... Let me know if you would like to hear it or otherwise let me know if im rambling on!

I have the same manifold i just relocated battery to the back, fuse box, a/c lines, power steering control module, heater valve and made a heat shield to cover heater hoses because they are so close 1/4". I used my stock studs no need to remove them to install manifold just unbolt right side motor mount and jack up the engine up and install the manifold with turbo and wastgate installed all at once. good luck
