Default Gauges Question

Im looking to pick up a couple of DEFI gauges probably this week so I wanted to ask you guys a couple of things. First, should I get 52mm or 60mm? I was thinking of either mounting them on the side of the dash right next to the a/c and heater controls or on the actual factory a-pillar. I thought about the SOS gauge pillar, but I want to keep my defrost vent. Does anyone have any pics of gauges mounted like I mentioned or do you have any pics of your setups? Thanks

I'd say do the 52MM, the 60mm seems like overkill unless you're blind. The 60mm gauges do tend to be a bit nicer though. I have the SOS a pillar gauge pod and it has a cut out for the defrost vent I'll take a picture in a bit.

If you want an a pillar mount but want the maintain the defrost vent there get the Autometer gauge pod. That's what I have and I'm happy with it.

my gauge pod is for sale!!! it matches perfectly! but covers up the side mirror defrost. but honestly... do you need it? if so just cut a hole in the pod and put nice vent of somekind there on the pod.

check my for sale thread in the FI for sale section for a pic of it.

Does the autometer gauge pod fit S2000's above the year 2003. Because on their website and other vendor places its advertised as a 2000-2003 part. I do not remember there being and differences between the A-pillars of the AP1 and AP2. Just want to confirm before purchasing one.
