Default Gauges for Turbo Car

I'm looking for what brand gauges are working well for the turbo guys and what gauges you guys are using as far as being needed and not just for the bling factor. I've had in mind to go with the defi link stuff but its so expensive. I plan on using the boost, oil pressure, and maybe some other type of AFR gauge that will work with KPRO. I've also given the tunerview a thought but i dont like the car cluttered with alot of electronics that. I just like it clean and stock looking inside. Any advice is greatly appreciated

I cheaped on this part of the build and totally wish I didn't. It was the last thing I needed to buy and I was already way over my budget.

I went with prosport for boost, water temp, oil pres, and aem wideband.

Love the aem wideband, not so much on the prosport stuff. I can't wait to upgrade.

Had issues with the water temp gauge and finally a new gauge fixed that problem. Just kept fluctuating and a tap on the gauge would make it normal for abit only to have to tap it again. Just annoying.

I'm using Greddy 52mm gauges for oil pressure, boost, and water temp. I have used their 60mm gauges in the past. These gauges have worked flawlessly for me. Unfortunately, Greddy has discontinued their gauges. They can still be found new at cheap prices such as http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/GReddy-52mm...=item2eb1b08c36 . For a less expensive wideband, you cant go wrong with AEM. An AEM all-in-one gauge will keep the clutter at bay but the price is higher than individual gauges.

Do AEM do a standalone all-in-one? The serial gauge only works with the AEM EMS but is a great solution. It's what I use.

I don't like cluttering my dash with gauges, and particularly analogue style ones. So the AEM Serial gauge is perfect. It allows me to monitor multiple parameters in a style that matches the dash from one gauge.

The AEM serial gauge sounds good but I'm running KPRO so I guess thats out of the question.

AEM here. Great part is, once I picked up an oil pressure sensor, I can integrate that into the display w/o adding another guage = WIN

Plus you can set min/max levels, so if your oil pressure dips below a predetermined value for a set period of time it will warn you.

I had it set that if it hit over 215 degrees of coolant temp it would flash over and notify, it did just that.

Set it to record boost, so if you have a boost spike it will tell you, and a bunch of cool stuff.
