Default General Injector Questions

Do we have peak and hold injectors? Where is the best place to buy injectors at least 600cc. Thanks.

you need saturated injectors... if you have peak hold you need a resistor box... similar to hooking up DSM injectors.

The above are also known as High Impedance. What is your setup and how much power is your goal? Most people in this forum run RC Engineering injectors.

Lets make this athread about all injectors.

What size should I go with for a 9 psi pulley on a Comptech? Im doing this mid summer. Im running the stock still now, with a 7 psi pulley. Im about to have it tuned with an Emanage if I ever get this damn wire harness.

I'm running RC 650cc injestors on 9 psi right now. Max Duty cycle is in the low 70s...so there is pleanty of room for more boost.

So for 9 psi..I recommend 650s

RC 650's,
I out grew the ones I bought and they never even made it on my car but all the research I did pointed to the 650's for 9 lb.s
I am running a 14 lb. pulley and that is why I had to go larger - I would have maxed out the 650's

It depends on your fuel pressure. If you're using the Vortech FMU or Comptech FPR then your fuel pressure is much higher so you don't need huge injectors. If you remove the rising rate regulators and rely on a stock or more linear regulator then you need to add fuel through duty cycle so you need more capacity.

I ran 440cc injectors with a SARD regulator, E-manage and 8Lb pulley. I then went to an AEM EMS with 550cc injectors, AEM regulator and 8lbs but had room for an upgrade.

I will shortly be running a turbo with AEM EMS, 550cc injectors, AEM regulator and whatever boost I can tune for (probably 6-8psi initially).

Can the stock ecu run rc 370cc injectors(saturated)?
I have to get smog checks and dont want to hack my injector wires to put the stocks back in.
I might be forced to sell my turbo when I go "Back to Cali."
