Not to be blunt but your screwed...

The BEST way to have a turbo installed is installed by a professional unless you know exactly what your doing. Consequences of improper install could lead to many more thousands of dollars invested to get it running correctly.

You can't tune it either so don't kid yourself. You'll need an experienced tuner to handle the task as well as a place with a dynometer along with proper monitors.

If your 16 and working at mcdonald's and in HS (assuming), I think you just save. More likly then not, at age 16 you already have a s2k, you don't need a turbo with 350hp at that age.

Again, sorry to be blunt but save your money because you would be taking short cuts and thats no good with a turbo plus your prob to young for that much power (no offense again).

there is a inline pro turbo kit that is for sale for 2800 that is complete. those turbo kits are very reliable. that leaves room to buy and AEM EMS and have money left over for tuning

I call bs on the 30$ an hour stuff but just so you know all of the mods you listed are useless with a turbo setup. exhaust intake blah blah. It will all be gone with a turbo.
