Default Is this a good head gasket?

I am going to be going turbo with about 10-12 psi and I know that I am going to need a head gasket to boost that high. I was just wondering if this is going to be as good as the inline pro. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Cometic-Hea...sspagenameZWD1V

Also I am trying to figure out what spark plugs to use does anyone have any recommendations?

Thats a standard .030" if yo uwant to lower compression you are looking for a "3mm" or .120"
Besides its ebay, do you honestly want to chance an 8000 dollar+ motor to save 100 bucks?

I bought a cometic and then my mechanic told me to not go there. They are supposed to be great because you don't need to apply and fluid between the block and the head to perform the seal but he told me that in 3 motors he's built with them they all went boom. He won't use them anymore.

Mine went after 3000 or so but I think it was due to improper torquing of the studs. IP HG FTW.

Becareful with it.

Make sure you retorque the head studs after a while.

I had mine installed and then the studs backed out a little and the gasket warped.

Don't use headstuds. Stick with the OEM bolts.

WARNING !!!

Have you guys seen who is selling these parts?
It's GDM S2K.

He scammed me for over $2300 and isn't resolving it. Look in the bad guy thread if you want to know more.
