Hi!

As topic reads, im trying to install some new injectors and have come across a few issues. I want to make sure that I dont have the wrong parts. Its come as part of a kit.

But I cant seem to make them fit as they are. The top o ring is considerably larger than the stock one and the length when placed in the rail is also longer than stock, meaning ill be unable to bolt these down without some sort of spacer.

What do you think?

 

Is your car AP1 and the kit is for AP2? The grams injectors look the same as mine and installed with ease on my 06

I'd bet you have the Ap2 injectors.

 

Can you measure the top of the injector? Not the o-ring but the actual injector where it would slide into the rail?
From the picture, it looks like the machined injector, only with the standard 14mm o-ring which could be the case.

Yeah u need top hat adapters. Those are 11mm stockers. You have grams with no adapters making them a 14mm or ap2 fit.
