Hey guys I have the full AP1 turbo kit on my s2. I want to go in for a new tune and or head gasket but I hear this turbo is really only sep up for low psi. Has anyone found a turbo that will fit without changing the full kit.

 

yes, see below, at gt30 will fit onto the kit, you could try and do the 2-3mm HG retune. It has only been tried once I think overseas. I don't know why no one else has tried it. I am in annapolis if you ever want to check it out.

 

Damn Revenge with that setup can you even use the first 2 gears without smoken tires, turbo and 4.77s

 

i'd love to have boost with the 4.77s...

 

same, i'm assuming you dropped the Greedy EMU and went with another ems

If you are refering to my post, I still have the Emanage Ult on the car. I would like to move over to an AEM once I put on a HG and up the boost. Then I will drop my gears down to a 4.44. 300hp and gears I think are OK if you drive in traffic like I do a lot.

 

I couldn't find any for sale other than with twin turbo kits. From what I've read about it, it's a very high quality turbo. I don't think it's a direct swap though.

 

yeah i was, i didn't know the greddy cold still work after you changed turbos thats awesome
