IIRC, after the first delivery attempt, you can call UPS and pick it up from their disto center the next day.

Damn you. I think you got the missing bolts i didn't get! if the topmost 15 bolts fit those studs you have on the right then your in much better shape than I was

Looks like you have all the parts. Also, whenever you have time, pic up some extra zipties (both the small and large ones) it'll come in handy later.

 

I can tell you were shaking with excitement, pics of the turbo are a bit blurry . Congrats!!
