I apologize larger fram turbos dont match their MM.

lemme ask you. when was the last time greddy came out with something inovative? 5 10 years ago? its the same old garbage they had in early 2000s late 90s nothing has changed. they came out with a few new turbo kits in the past 10 years but thats about it.

Greddy is overdue for retirement if you ask me, with turbo builders like Garrett,BW and precsion Greddy is at the bottom end of inovation

also I also LOL at the 350z kit, only thing made by greddy is the emanage lol. tial WG mitsu turbos, cast manifold come on now

you are entitled to your opinion...

about the 350Z tk, how about the piping, intercooler, tuning, manifolds? So what greddy uses tial wg and mitsu turbos?? Greddy puts it into a KIT for the consumer.

S2000's come with bridgestone tires, radiator by denso, etc etc...what does it matter that honda doesn't make the parts? your reasoning makes no sense.

see you could have saved all of our time by condensing your thoughts into one statement. Great, point taken, anything else? like i said you are entitled to your opinion.

OH and they come out withe new parts AT LEAST every year. ie. SEMA?! They make a wide range of parts for a wide range of vehicles. Business is broader than just making big power for the current hot car.

so piping is trademarked? cast manifolds are trade marked? why doesnt put their own w/g on the kit?

basiclly greddy usues other peoples parts puts it together for you and jacks the price... good to know.

yes new parts they make but what new technology are they using? what noew products have they come out with that actually are better than their old? body kits dont count. thats prob the only thing ive seen greddy come out with new in the past 5 years, ricer body kits.

but still explain to me why not 1 pro in drag racing uses a greddy turbo??? simple, to to small to make the power they need. / thread

I can answer your questions, believe me. But i'm done with you, b/c you obviously don't get it.

Your argument about greddy and small turbos is so subjective! this was already proven.

you're just arguing with yourself. i'll let everyone else have their laughs with your responses now.

It is about preferences,

Mr. X would take a sc ... he likes a HP and durability

Mr. Y would take another route ...... with high power and take a big turbo that provides 400+ whp

Mr. Z only needs 50 more whp power over the stock, easy installation, and limited budjet, so he will go greddy

This is called market segmentation and greddy chosed to supply a product for this segment, if greddy didnt do that, they want to satisfy Mr. Z not X and Y

In my original post I wasn't necessarily saying that replicas were the sole cause of Greddy filing bankruptcy. The point I was trying to make is that replicas are part of the decline of the Japanese aftermarket in general.
