Just remember clocking the turbo matters in terms of drainage etc so that should be the priority over piping fitment.

Yes this is exactly what iv done, also are you saying clocking the turbo isn't a good idea? Why so?

I believe he's referring the the CHRA, specifically; he's saying to the make sure that the drain is still at an effective angle (if you rotated the CHRA at all)

Did any of you have any trouble getting to the bottom manifold bolt towards the front of the car?
