Good luck to you on your Greddy adventure. Many of us have been down that path (Although different routes).. We all ended up with different kits though.

I give you three or four months before that Greddy manifold cracks down the center of the merger. Its to be expected with all the extra heat you will be creating due to that horribly inefficient/restrictive manifold. If I were you I would invest in the PFAB replacement.

Also, i would just run the greddy manifold IMO. I was debating about haveing a custom EL one made similar to P Tunings mani , but decided on only doing it if the greddy one eventually cracks. The design of the greddy log isnt that bad compared to some other logs although the runners are kind smaller diameter but It at least has a mini collector so the exhaust gases arent running right into each other.
I've been thinking about doing that too. The big difference is that it would make more power at the same boost pressure. The manifold is a limiting factor that could be holding the T518z back a bit.

I also considered asking Pfab to make me a Greddy replacement manifold with a T3 flange instead of T25 (to maximize the benefits of switching to a GT3071R). I suspect that flange limits power too.

I'm really curious to see a dyno chart of this turbo upgrade.

Yep my greddy cast manifold cracked down the middle as well, although it took about 18 months. Maybe because I've been cooling down the exhaust side with water/meth injection.

I really want to see the dyno results at higher boost! How high will you go?

I'm pretty sure 14 PSI is usually the safe limit.
