just checked it and no leak here... also went back and tightened all the vacuum hoses running from the bov etc.... and now the car pulls at a steady 7-8psi, but still falls to 6 at redline. and timing seems to still be there after 3 runs that I did. hmm...

The issue with the timing is that in the Emangae it randomly drops to -150 deg and will not reset until power is cyled in the car. Based on the ignition map it is still pulling timing but it is worrysome. It did this everytime the car hit the Greddy revlimiter, and then randomly. I know that Mark (MugenRio2) and others have had this problem but I have alredy updated his emanage to V 2.?? which I thought fixed it for everyone else.

He can hit 10-11psi using the Truboost but then it drops way off. In the picture the blue line represenents the map Voltage, the graph starts at 4.75V (10.25 PSI) then tapers to 4.35V (8 PSI).

i have read that the internal wastegate in that turbo tend to leak if u up the boost, i think the spring or something was wearing out. Search it because i KNOW there was a thread all about this.

What exhaust are you using? My boost would go up to 9-10 psi using my truboost then would go down to like 6.5psi at redline. I but a 70mm dual and HFC on and the boost settles to like 8-8.5 psi at redline now.

I can't help with the timing problem.
