Cool, it's neat doing something new, expensive but fun. My car is doing the opposite, my boost starts out slow and builds. I am going to move up to a 3" TP and turn on my AEM boost controller. During my testing period I am just running off the waste gate. By using the contoller I am hoping to hold the acutator shut to increase spool time even more.

Good job I like the conversion! Are you going to venture back to the 3MM HG now or leave it be for a bit?

Lucky77, what was involved in converting your T518z into a T520z?

Also do you have any dynograph of the T518z for comparision?

Anyone know if the intercooler will support a GT30, or how much hp it would support?

It shouldn't have a problem with the GT30 IMO.

Dollar for dollar, and usable street performance, AEM didn't do much. Sure he got a bit more power, but the cost, lack of OEM ECU, etc, IMHO isn't worth the extra few ponies.
totally agree with u

Anyone tried to get rid of the boost creep by porting the internal wastegate?
Cause I'm getting a turbokit and I have a test pipe, wich will most likely result in mad boost creep

the tuner can kill some of the boost creep by pulling timing. Also my tuner said porting it would help a lot.
