Everyone already did. On the first page of this forum even. In a thread with a strikingly similar title. Hence the total disbelief that someone is asking these questions (again). If you're not willing to spend some time doing research on your own and expect others to hold your hand, you'll need some thicker skin.
If you haven't read enough to know the answers to these questions then you should probably hold off on going FI for a little while.

Yep, you have to remove the 2nd cam to cram the gigantic turbocharger into the engine bay.
