Default Greddy Type S BOV on CTSC

Hey guys...

I have my CTSC with AC up and running and finally tuned.

Now I want to put a Greddy Type S bov just for sound and looks. What needs to be done in order to do this. I have heard you have to weld the flange on. My next question would be where do I connect all the hoses.

Thanks so much for your help..

pics would be great too

gus

If that is the case why not just go with a Godzilla BOV? They are nice and loud and are a direct bolt on to your AC

I inquired about this last year. To the best of my knowledge, that flange on the bottom side of the Aftercooler must be removed. Then the BOV is welded there. I'm sure someone's done it one here. The GReddy Type S has the best sound, IMHO.

Either make a new flange to bolt up to the CT aftercooler, or just have the blow off valve flange welded to the existing flange on there.

The vaccum hose goes to the top on the greddy bov. I had one on my comptech SC and it was very easy. Take the flange that the hose from the bypass valve connects to and weld a greddy flange onto it. Make sure it doesn't hit your fan, you might have to weld it at an angle.

Why do you want to sell it- not what you thought? How does it look? Can you hear it? Was it welded or bolted?

Oh yeah, how much?
