Yes very....
Smallest I'd think you'd want to go is a 3071r.

My honest recommendation for a turbo kit would be an Inline pro kit or PFab kit. The advantage of a Pfab kit would be the ease of upgrading the turbo without modifying the car.. I had to notch my frame when using a t3/t4 with E cover turbo with an inline pro manifold. Both are really good kits and will yield mid to upper 300's out of the box with 10psi. Now if you want a total complete package turbo kit, I would recommend the Mase kit, as it includes injectors and EMS with tune, unlike any of the other stated kits.

just get the pfab base kit. Also, if you only want around 400whp, I'd get the 3071R

I'd get the Inline for your power needs/wants with the 5965B turbo.
You will NOT need to relocate the battery or fuse box like you would with the PFAB.
Not to knock that kit though, its still very good but you will need to do relocation and I know it wasn't something I wanted to do.
