Gtx3076r it will make 550whp and has great spool probably the best intermediate turbo for the S period. Had precision 5857and it smoked bad unless you restrict oil flow substantially. Problem is their is no real consensus from precision of what restrictor size to use for their setups, and their technical help on that matter is sketchy! I would stick with Garrett....just my 2 cents. Have not had one issue with their turbo.

GTX3076R.......FTW..!

I'm making 528 on pump....limited by octane, not the turbo.

Spools very fast, drives almost like my old Comptech SC.

garrett> precision

get the gtx3076r. It will spool light years faster than a 6262. and if you want more power get a gtx3582r

Just as food for thought the gtx turbo is also about 1k more than the precision. The gtx turbos are sick between the power they make and there spool characteristics but just to expensive IMO.,

I've said it for 4 yrs now. Anything less than 600whp, get the 3076r.

Hands down, best snail for this car imo. Makes it a SICK street car.
