Default Has anyone ported the intercooler

There appears to be very little gained from porting the Vortech intercooler/aftercooler. I was able to open up the entrance by a silly mm but it needs to be reworked with a new entrance and exit for more volume.

The whole aftercooler unit appears to be a possible limiting factor when running high boost. I'm not sure how much cfm/psi Vortech based the size of this aftercooler on. I think a front mount intercooler would work best for your boost level Phil.

The core's are usually the limiting factors for most coolers not so much their inlets/outlets.

All of the little things like this that you do are what really set your car apart from "every one else's".
