Default Has anyone put a th400 or glide in an s2k?

I'm looking into different tranny options for my car and I was just wondering if anyone had done an auto turbo 400 or power glide in an s2k, and if so who made the adapter plate and flex plate for them if so. I know there are people with supra tranny's but I really want to go auto for what I'm using the car for.

Any info is appriciated

Not to be a dick, but actually as a serious question, why would you want to get rid of one of the (if not THE) best transmissions out there to this date? (in my opinion of course).

The stock trans in the s2000 cannot handle too much torque. Alot upgrade to the V160 Supra trans if they are boosted.

S2000 Trans cannot handle high horse power. So we scrap it and go with a something a little more stout.

that maybe be true for a stock s2000. But for fast 1/3 mile time drag raceing s2000's the stock transmission sucks because that cannot handle a lot of power. 2nd gear is know to blow in higher hp cars and this has happen to some cars with as low as 450whp.

Most of the high hp s2000's upgrade to the supra transmission

Hatchbone has a auto turbo 400 setup in his s2000 that Full Blown Motorsports did up. He has a build thread up here that needs to be updated. I'll text him to update his build thread.
