i am far from a risk taker, and would lower to around 14-15psi. you will lose some power, but at least you wont be swapping HG all the time. you shouldnt lift a head at that boost level unless detonation is happening.

as for turbo cams, i have no idea if they raise or lower dynamic compression, hopefully, they lower it lol.

At a wild guess the turbo cam's will reduce overlap that in turn will increase the dynamic compression.
