Any ideas on head studs? Are ARP studs ok for f20c?

They seem to work when used as per the directions that come with them.

i priced out some OEM ones and I can some ARP for about the same price, so i thought i might as well go with the arps so the head will definately not lift.

I believe the ARP's stretch more than the OEM's, or vice versa........I forget. A majority of the Metro F/I guys use the OEM with pretty good success, something about the amount of torque required and stretching I dunno, someone smarter than me will chime in.......

Well that's definitive Joey.

Oem are torque to yield. They are effectively a spring that gets tighter as they stretch. Just don't over torque them. They are fine for stock use and even for FI but for FI I would only use new ones.

ARP are not torque to yield so just torque up to the given specs and feel free to reuse.
