Help with engine management for DBW S
Hey guys im about to order my turbo kit (going with inline) and i was wondering what you guys recommend for engine management. First off im going for 300 whp on low boost and 350-400 on high boost. I know i have a returnless fuel system and i am trying to figure out how to get around that.
Now what do you guys think i should use for engine management. First of all let me tell you i am not going with the AEM EMS because i will lose VSA.
Now my options are Greddy Emanage Ultimate. I have a great tuner near me (Giles). But the problem is the EMU can only hold up to 550cc injectors supposedly? if this is true how much whp will 550cc injectors hold?
2nd option is the AEM FI/C. Has anyone have had any experience with it? To my knowledge it has no limit to what injectors i can use. Would any tuner who knows how to tune AEM's be able to tune my DBW S?

^best thing to do is talk to giles regarding the emanage ultimate and large injectors on DBW, as well as the returnless system

as far as i know, the ultimate and fi/c are very similar

I emailed Giles asking him what he would prefer since he'll probably be tuning it lol. And if the 550cc can support 400 whp than im just gonna go with the EMU.
I think a lot of people are getting confused on the injector size because they are forgetting about the two different fuel systems on the s2000.
With the 2006-2008 S2000, they utilize a returnless fuel system which uses one fuel pressure setting (does not increase with boost).
The 2000-2005 S2000 uses a rising rate fuel pressure regulator which increases fuel pressure with boost level (allowing more fuel with the same injector).
