Help me diagnose and cure my CELs!
Hey guys, I have done everything I can think of, and believe I need some outside help.
When I first installed the kit, everything ran fine, but the car threw a p0122 (TPS Low Input Voltage).
After searching and help from our members, I discovered I had an AP2 harness, and not an AP1 one, and needed to move one wire. So I did, and that code went away. However, like a gray hair, new ones started to pop up.
The first one, was P1410 (Secondary Air Injection Malfunction). Now remember, the car runs flawlessly, there are no problems of any sort. I clear the code, drive around, it doesn't come back. I park my car, shop a bit, come back to it, start it, back out of a spot, and bam, back it comes.
Today, I cleared it again, started, drove a bit, got P1410 and popped a P1457 (EVAP system leak.) Cleared again, and after a short drive, popped a P1410 ONLY. Cleared again, P1410 only again. Again, to re-iterate, the car runs PERFECTLY FINE.
Now, I searched and searched, and came about this post made my Slows2k:
All 3 systems (EVAP, TPS, and Air pump) share a reference voltage from the PCM. The 3 DTC's may be related, or they may just be a coincidence.
Now, all codes that my car threw have to do with those three systems. I am 99% certain that the codes are purely electronic (ECM related) ergo, they are EMANAGE ultimate related.
Now, do you think the fact that my car is untuned is causing the CELs (I highly doubt it personally, as no one else got them) or do I have a defective something (harness or Emanage?)
I thought it was going to be a quick fix when I recieved the AP2 harness, but it's turning out to be a huge headache. I would like to narrow down all the possibilities before I start to climb the uphill battle of getting my equipment replaced by Greddy.
Thanks a lot for any help you can provide.

Although I didn't get any replies, further reading of recent threads have me wondering something else.
Since my CELs all come from voltage sensors, could it be possible that there is something wrong with my emanage? I read that another member was unhappy with his emanage due to voltage issues, so it got me wondering. Maybe something is wrong inside my emanage that's throwing around bad voltage sporadically, which could explain my weird CELs?
Any feedback is appreciated.

I can't tell you what's exactly wrong, but Giles said the wiring harness from Boomslang isn't optimal and he makes certain changes. He said the harness that comes with the Greddy kit requires even more modification to work properly...
I hope thats it, but my main concern is no one else is experiencing these problems.....or maybe not posting about it? It's alright. The car runs fine, so thats the main concern. Hopefully Giles can help sort me out. Thanks again for all the help Dave.

I had CELs galore when using the emanage with frog harness. I wanted my car to pass emissions but with all the CELs, it doesn't even matter that its just a piggyback - it would fail anyway
Hopefully you can get it figured out; I eventually gave up and went with the AEM EMS.

I get my fair share too... However, all mine are TOO LEAN codes. All of them happen when I'm taking off from a stop since I let the clutch grab while having it slip minimally. From teh freeze frame data, they all happen at 800 - 1200 rpm at less then 10mph.
You might want to get the freeze frame data associated with your codes. It will give you the conditions under which the CEL came on

have you been tuned? I don't know why everyone has CELs.. I don't have any and that's the way it should be.
