Default High HP Supercharged Ap1

Ok I'm finishing up the last few bits of my vortech v2 install. I want to make the best/most power as anyone would and have all the best things to make the most power before tune day with Jeff Evans. Who on here has considerably high HP on a stock ap1 s2000? I'll be running a v2 vortech setup, vortech after cooler, huge heat exchanger from frozen boost, ID1000's, walbro 240, aem ems, 3 bar map sensor, and I'll be getting tuned for 93 octane and E85. What do you guys think Im missing to maximize my power output? Anyone on here have a similar setup that made some good numbers? I'm anticipating 400whp on pump hopefully and obviously more on E85. lmk what you guys think I might be missing to gain some more power!

If you are looking for maximum centri-blower power, you need to upgrade your blower unit to the T trim (which has strait cut gears and is loud) or the Si trim (which has helical cut gears and pushes almost the same cfm). The Si trim is cheaper as they use your blower unit. The T is a totally different blower (with the same bolt pattern though)and more expensive. Both will get you to 500 whp with the appropriate pulley, which is one that will max out the blower rpm.

Going this route has its issues. You need to increase your crank pulley size, else sizing down the blower pulley more just gets you belt slip. Additionally, you can only increase the crank pulley to 6.75" else it will hit the water pump pulley. You can down size the water pump pulley, but you'll no longer be underdriving it.

I ran a 3.4" pulley on my SOS Novi 1200, 13psi @ 8200 RPM 93 octane

Peak horsepower should be about the same for F20 vs F22, f22 makes a little more tq

I'm running Vortech v2 with 3.6" pulley making just over 14 psi. Made 422whp using meth injection but it didn't seem the meth injection did much for power over just 93 gas.

Made 406 using 12.5 psi pulley and regular 93 pump. Both tunes at Evans.

Mine is 445whp with a 3.4" pinning the 15psi boost gauge. Its a F22 spinning to 8600rpm. Has been 100% reliable for over 3 years and 25+k miles. I don't consider 400 or 450 to be High Hp supercharged. That power range seems like its the norm. I feel 500-550 is high hp though. Not too many people up there.
