I was looking at your map showing how AEM controls idle and it looks way off from mine. Which they will all be different I understand. I'm thinking this is something your tuner needs to adjust. I mean using the instructions above you can do it, but I think your tuner needs to make good on it.

Oh and I stole that from the AEM manual.

Quick update, the car seems to be doing better, called the tuner, he sent me an updated map..

It's drivable now, but not 100% where I would like it.

We are working out the details, but just wanted to let everyone know.

Wish I would have done that a month ago, but oh well.

Still working on the idle issue, seems to be something in the map.

I've had nothing but great luck w/him over the many years, and he is working with me to figure it out.

I might try adjusting the idle again per those instructions this evening to see how it's looking.

W/all the tinkering I've been doing w/the idle maps and settings, I could prolly fix that for ya, lol.

Save the map off the EMS, and reinstall the firmware onto it again. Whenever I have weird issues with EMS boxes that is the first thing I do. Often times it clears up strange issues.
Thanks for the advice, I'll try that.

I took my settings from last year and inputted them into the tune this year, runs good.

Only snafu now is when I turn the car off, and back on once it's warm, it idles high around 2500, rev it a couple times and it goes back to normal...after that it's fine.

Still working out the bugs.

What did you do to correct the problem.

I put my stock TPS back on w/this new tune, recalibrated the AEM to reflect the oem sensor again and it's still the same.

It was the tune all along, so that sorta sucks, but at least I have a spare TPS laying around.

Ok, after I put my stock sensor back on, w/the updated map I have a few small issues, but it seems to be running well.

I've had it out a couple times now w/minimal issues.

Live and learn (I know I keep saying this, lol).
