Default high idle. what can it be ?

hey guys so ive just installed my greddy kit a couple days ago. i was running pfab manifold, stock exhaust and ngk r567a-8 race sparkplugs went in for a tune and 232whp and 197trq at almost 9psi. very dissapointed with the tune i went to a different tuner that same day and he got me 257whp and 207trq, he couldnt really get more and told me something was wrong and that it was still underpowered . so he checked my motor , checked for boost leaks and everything was fine . motor seemed healthy . so he said it was the design of pfabs log mani . i went home that night he gave me a call when i got home and told me to change my plugs to ngk bkr8eix 2668 plugs . so the next morning i chaged my manifold back to the greddy one and swapped my plugs . when i started it up to drive to the tuner . i noticed my idle was high . was idling at 1600 rpms . drove to the tuner tried looking for vacumm leaks everything seemed fine , he did find that my AIC valve connector wasnt properly connected to the valve . he properly connected and it worked idle went back down to 900 rpms like stock . he tuned my car i got 270whp and 220trq at 7.5psi. i was pretty happy with the results considering that it was on pretty low boost and my S is completely stock ,stock map , stock cat and stock exhaust. right as we are unhooking the car to take it off the dyno . the idle goes back up to 1600. he said its my AIC valve giving out or to try giving it a clean . i got home and cleaned it as best i can and no change still high idle .so what you guys think it could be ?

a New one, there is a thread on here from S2Kart about it. Basically Honda wants to sell you a whole new TB, but its like $500.00. You can dremel the rivit on the TB to remove the tps, buy a new one from OMNI, buy a Voltmeter and install All for $60 and some patience. Try and find the thread, it's all explained

270WHP on stock exhaust system on a mere 7.5 psi are outstanding results though. What flywheel hp are you? 320?

Use a Voltmete and see what your TPS is at IDLE, should be .45 or so, 4.75 full throttle, try and find the thread, it's all in there

Check all of your vacuum hoses. Sounds like a vacuum leak. Thats exactly what your idle does with a vacuum hose off...
