Default High mileage FI motor opinion

Ok so heres the deal it looks as if I am going to be getting a S soon, it has 145K miles drives fine. Eventually I know I will probably go with a s/c setup and I want to use it as a dd. These are my future options I see:
1. Bolt on s/c original motor til motor goes then replace
2. Swap out with a low mileage stocker (Im only planning on 400whp which I believe stock internals can handle)
3.Send out original motor to Laskey, have them work there magic.
Remember I want it to be reliable cause it will be my dd, I also believe that a properly built motor can be reliable if built by the right people such as laskey thats why I put that as one of my options. So what do you guys think any other ideas you guys have? Also if you think I should buy a lower mileage S please save the comment cause im getting a good deal on this one.

boost the one thats in there. if it goes it's not going to just blow up into a million pieces. might lose compression over time and make less power.

pull that when the time comes and rebuild that.

run your stock motor with that mileage till something happens best thing you could do money wise...you never know that motor might take 50k miles of sc boost or 100k miles...HONDAS RUN FOREVER!!!! get an aem ems if you shooting for higher boost best thing you could do for engine longevity also.

yeah this is what i most likely was going to do. This will be my first honda for me so hopefully it will turn out well. I'll probably go k-pro for the simple fact of emissions since I live in ny but who knows cause the aem is cheaper.

This made me chuckle a little yes I know my motor isnt going to explode into a million pieces unless i replace the cams with dynamite.
