I was lookin to get 4.77s here next week, i know of some people running SCed with 4.77s, I was lookin to boost next year, maybe around 300-350whp. would 4.77s be to steep? who has the highest whp with 4.77s. Let me know!

 

i think i have like 300-310. i need a retune so i'm not 100% sure. i want to eventually do 10psi which should put me around 350-360whp hopefully.

 

I stand by my statements I've previously made. 4.77 and turbocharging would be absolutely tragic. This is coming from a boosted 330hp 4.57 owner who wishes he was 4.44 or 4.3.

 

the guy im buyin the 4.77s off of , it was supercharged at 7psi. Thecarguy. He said its fine. I might just put my stock diff back on, but i heard 300whp is sufficent, anymore then that its bad?

I've seen some members as high as 400 with 4.77's, most of them agreed that it is fun, though 1-2 gears are mostly useless if accelerating hard from a stop.

 

4.77's plus boost equals very nice acceleration

 

should i get the 4.77s and still boost with 300-350 whp? i want to race from 40ish rolls, not from a stop
