How do you install AEM Boost Solenoid?
I want to know if I'm installing my AEM boost control solenoid right. I have an external TurboSmart Wastegate38.
So far I have:
A vacuum line running from the turbo to a T.
From one side of the T I'm running it to the top wastegate and the other side the AEM solenoid.
This is where I'm confused. Do I need to run a vacuum line off the manifold into a T, then one side to the AEM solenoid and the other into the bottom wastegate?
It's my first turbo install and so far with all my prior mechanical knowledge and research it's been smooth. Just don't want to make any mistakes and I've searched but no success. Thanks guys!

I pull mine from the IM. You can also go from the turbo. Your choice.
Difference is you'll know exactly how much boost is going into the motor from sourcing it at the IM, vs the pressure loss from the i/c and what not from the turbo.

Yea if you run from the manifold instead of the turbo you get a better read on what is running to the engine. It took me a while to understand it but you can do either one. Thanks for all the help guys. I should be able to start the car tomorrow and check for leaks

I guess I'm not understanding correctly. The vacuum source isn't the one coming from the turbo? If someone could explain I'd appreciate it. I just want to get it right

The pic cyber gook posted is correct.
Again, just have to source from a vacuum source. I had a spare port on my IM where the vacuum pump used to be (AP1). If you can't find one, you'll need to tee from another source.
