about 1 year and 3 months and 14k before I boosted it. I planned to turbo it and thats why I bought the car. Came from a turbo miata that made 296whp/270ftlb so I knew that I needed boost with this car.

But really when I bought the car, I already knew I would go FI at some point. My last car was an RSX Type S that I had for about a year and a half before I went FI so I was already anticipating the urge to go boost with the S2000.
I bought the car in July of 08. I new before I bought it I would be pushing for 500whp+.

However I cam from a boosted 99 Si that I built...so I couldn't "downgrade" in terms of whp.

Only put a few thousand miles on the car before Winter hit, stored it..built over the winter and rolled out hard @ the end of April.

its coming up to the 3rd year anniversary of buying my car and i knew from the day i bought it, that i'd go boost. I waited about 2-3 weeks after buying the car, before i started searching for FI stuff. I bought a used Comptech w/AC a week after that. The rest, is as they say, history.

4-5 years and 17,000 miles. I would have done it sooner but my fiance at the time insisted on a real diamond ring instead of something from QVC. Women. Sheesh.

I went FI to keep myself from buying a used Cayman and let me tell you my S2000 is tons o fun. But now I still want a used Cayman.

1 year... Test drove the car with low miles on it. Drove it home and said "I am not going to mod this car"... That lasted for about 1 month.. Started with a K&N drop in filter and J's Racing cf cooling plate. Then came the Invidia exhaust. Drove it like that for the rest of the year. Then decided I wanted more power, as there are more and more people running around in LSX powered muscle cars around here.
